How do I order and what happens next?

Ordering is easy. Select the bike and size you want that is in stock and checkout in the normal way. As soon as you've done this we will get in touch with you. We need to do this just to confirm and specific requirements but also to let you know the anticipated delivery time and start your journey on your new FIRE bike. 

What if I would like some changes to the spec?

We offer limited variation from the spec but it is possible. You are welcome to discuss in advance by contacting us on info@ridefire.cc or by booking a virtual showroom appointment

What are the lead times from point of order?

If your bike is in stock we aim to get it dispatched to you within 5-7 working days. The only reason for the slight delay is so that we can complete the final steps of the build and check the bike over prior to dispatch. We will keep you updated throughout the journey and update you immediately if there is any changes. 

How do I pre-order?

If the bike you want is out of stock then don't panic. We will aim to keep the site updated with estimated timescales, but its always worth checking with us via info@ridefire.cc for the latest situation. If you want to pre-order contact us and we'll take you through the process. We understand that supply is difficult at the moment and we will do whatever we can to fullfill your order as quickly as possible.

Do I have to pay in full for a pre-order?

No, if a bike is out of stock you will not be able to order direct from the site. To pre-order drop us a line and we'll take you through the process and if you want to proceed we'll take a deposit by issuing a PayPal invoice. 

What about after sales support?

We are always here to help contact us with any questions. Furthermore we will shortly be launching Club Ride FIRE which is an owners club for ALL who buy a new FIRE. Within that we will be creating a owners portal for continued updates and support on how to keep your FIRE in top running order. 

Can I see or try a bike before I buy?

We are very pleased to be able to offer Virtual Showroom appointments so that you can book time with our sales team to view any bike in our range and discuss it in detail. 

At present we cannot offer any in person viewings or bike demo's but we aim to offer this as soon as we can. 

Can I buy a frameset only?

Yes you can. Please see our shop page for details and prices

If I have my own groupset can you build the bike for me?

Groupsets and parts are in short supply at the moment so we understand that you may find it easier to use an existing groupset to fit to a new FIRE frame. We can help, so contact us and we'll see what we can do.
